Choosing the right chandelier for your interior
A chandelier combines several light points in a hanging composition. To choose one, compare its overall size, its drop and the way it spreads light, then its material and style.
Above a table or in the centre of a room
The diameter and width should be considered in relation to the table, the furniture and the space needed to move around. Also check the overall height and whether the cable or chain is adjustable. In a walkway, leave enough headroom; above a table, avoid a model that blocks the view between guests.
Number of lights and bulbs
The number of bulbs alone does not determine how much light you get. Check the lamp bases, the maximum wattages and the bulbs supplied or required on each product page. For adjustable ambience, dimmer compatibility must be confirmed for both the light and its bulbs.
Crystal, glass and finishes
