Hendrik LED Semi-Flush Ceiling Light, Opal Glass Bowl and Polished Chrome, 38.1 cm

An opal glass bowl carried by three rods

Beneath the ceiling rose, three round polished chrome rods descend to a ring that holds the bowl. The smooth white opal glass flares out like a fruit bowl; underneath, a stack of chrome discs and circles hides the fixing. The whole fitting is made of chrome-plated steel and opal glass.

Three G9 LEDs included, 900 lm warm white

The three 3 W G9 LED bulbs are included and total 900 lm at 3000 K, a warm shade that flatters light-coloured tiles. The bowl reflects part of the light towards the ceiling while the rest passes through the glass: the lighting is enveloping, with no hot spot, and can be dimmed if the G9 bulbs are dimmable. The IP44 rating makes this light suitable for the bathroom, provided it is not mounted directly above the shower or bath.

38.1 cm in diameter, 25.3 cm below the ceiling

The light hangs 25.3 cm below the ceiling, with a diameter of 38.1 cm and a weight of 2.07 kg. Reserve it for a ceiling height of 2.40 m or more. In the centre of the room, it replaces a flat ceiling light while adding depth; the range also includes matching wall lights.
