The compact Tamar, in polished chrome
Same construction as the larger size, but with a diameter of 23.5 cm: the opal glass is a short, closed cylinder, held beneath a crown of glossy chrome-plated steel. From below, you see only the white disc, the thin chrome edging and a small disc at the centre. The side screws remain visible, in the spirit of bathroom lights of old.
600 lm for small rooms, LED included
The 5.7 W GX53 LED is included and delivers 600 lm in 3000 K warm white. It is just right for a WC, a utility room or a shower room of a few square metres, where a stronger ceiling light would dazzle. The IP44 rating protects against humidity and splashes; only the area directly above the shower or bath is off limits. Its brightness can be adjusted with a dimmer.
23.5 cm diameter, 8.5 cm high, 1.08 kg
Slim and light, it fits on a simple recessed ceiling box and sits comfortably under a 2.20 m ceiling height without getting in the way. Its small diameter allows it to be lined up in twos or threes along a corridor. The same size is available with a polished gold band.
