Matt satin silver, domed white glass
The satin silver finish gives a light grey tone with no glare, which does not show fingerprints. The ring is wide, the three dome nuts remain visible and the domed opal glass stands out in pure white against this matt background. The manufacturer states that this model can also be mounted as a wall light.
The light of an E27 behind opal glass
An E27 lampholder takes a bulb of up to 60 W, to be purchased separately. The light is dimmer-compatible: with a dimmable E27 LED, you can go from bright light for grooming to soft, subdued lighting for a bath. The opal glass softens the filament and prevents glare from the bathtub. IP44, it tolerates water splashes and can be installed in a bathroom outside the shower and bath zones.
30 cm footprint on the ceiling or wall
The disc is 30 cm in diameter and 9 cm thick, and weighs 1.2 kg. On the ceiling, it lights a medium-sized bathroom on its own; on the wall, place it above the mirror, at eye level. It is fixed at two points and the connection includes an earth (Class I).
