The matt gold of natural brass on a semi-flush fitting
The round ceiling plate, the short stem and the glass retaining ring are painted in a matt natural brass tone, without the mirror effect of chrome. The pressed glass with small squares stays clear: seen from below, it shows a golden background coming from the fitting, which gives the ceiling light a more amber glow than the chrome version.
E27 lampholder, 40 W maximum, earth connection required
The lampholder accepts an E27 bulb up to 40 W; none is supplied. A standard-shaped filament LED, clearly visible through the glass, accentuates the retro look. As a Class I luminaire, it must be connected to earth. IP44: it is designed for damp rooms, including bathrooms, but should not be placed directly above the shower.
An 18.2 cm diameter for small rooms
At 18.2 cm in diameter and 20.5 cm high, this ceiling light illuminates a shower room, a WC or a utility room; in a large bathroom, plan for two or complement it with wall lights at the mirror. Its weight of 2.03 kg requires fixing into the ceiling structure, not just into plaster.
