About this light

This Hanna chrome crystal bathroom ceiling light houses four G9 lampholders, bulbs to be purchased separately, beneath a round 38 cm chrome backplate, from which several rows of pyramid-cut crystal drops hang. When lit, every facet catches the light and scatters sparkles across the ceiling and walls. IP44 protected, it replaces an ordinary ceiling light in an average-sized bathroom, without exceeding 17.5 cm in height.

Description

Crystal pyramids beneath a chrome backplate

The base is a shiny chrome metal disc, fixed flat against the ceiling. Below it, drops of diamond-point cut glass hang in several rows and conceal the four lampholders. The light is refracted in each crystal and the chrome doubles the effect through reflection.

Four G9 lampholders, bulbs not included

Each G9 cap accepts a maximum of 33 W. G9 LEDs consume far less and give off little heat near the crystals; the ceiling light is compatible with a dimmer, using dimmable LEDs. The IP44 rating places this ceiling light among fittings protected against splashing water: it can be mounted on a bathroom ceiling, away from the shower head. Class II, double insulation.

38 cm in diameter, 17.5 cm drop

The ceiling light measures 38 cm in diameter and 17.5 cm in height, drops included, and weighs 3.65 kg. Reserve it for a ceiling of at least 2.30 m to keep comfortable clearance beneath the crystals, and place it in the centre of the room rather than above the bath. Complete the look with a wall light by the mirror.
