Opal glass, clear glass rings and a mirror-finish base
The light is built in three layers. At the top, a round chrome backplate whose visible face is a mirror: it reflects the light and makes the fixing almost disappear. In the centre, a domed white opal glass diffuser, held by small chrome clips. Around it, two clear glass rings extend beyond the dome and catch the light along their edges.
Integrated 20 W LEDs, main lighting for the room
The LEDs are integrated and supplied with the ceiling light: 20 W for a luminous flux of 2349 lm in 3000 K warm white, the level of general lighting. The IP44 rating protects it from splashes and steam; it is approved for use in the bathroom, on the ceiling, outside the shower zone. Class II appliance with double insulation: no earth wire to connect.
38 cm in diameter, 11 cm deep
The ceiling light measures 38 cm in diameter by 11 cm high and weighs 2.55 kg: it is fitted flush directly to the ceiling, with no rod or visible cable, and suits low ceilings. Centre it in the room to make the most of the mirror-finish base, which visually enlarges the ceiling.
