Bubble glass and chrome frame

The glass cylinder is clear but dotted with bubbles, giving it a visible texture and an imperfect transparency; you can make out the two lampholders and the bulbs without seeing them sharply. The upper backplate, the lower ring and the brackets connecting them are in polished chrome-plated steel, and the base is a disc of bubble glass.

Two E27 bulbs of 60 W maximum

The E27 lampholders accept bulbs of up to 60 W each; they are not included and must be purchased separately. The bubble glass spreads the light throughout the room with a gentle sparkle on the walls. Its IP44 rating suits a bathroom ceiling, where it can withstand steam and splashes without damage; do not place it directly above the shower head.

30.5 cm ceiling light for standard ceiling height

With a diameter of 30.5 cm and a height of 15.4 cm, it mounts flush to the ceiling and leaves room to walk underneath in a room of ordinary height. Its weight of 2.85 kg calls for a secure fixing in the ceiling. Plan on it for the general lighting of a medium-sized bathroom.
