Shiny gold and clear glass

The polished brass version of the Dryden2 pairs a very shiny yellow metal with a smooth, clear glass sleeve, slightly curved, which opens into a discreet corolla at the top. The stem ends in a turned point beneath the glass-holder ring; the oval backplate features a recessed moulding. The whole piece goes well with gold taps and accessories.

What it lights

With no frosted glass, the 40 W G9 bulb supplied gives direct light, upwards and all around. The output is generous for a single wall light; allow for two, one on each side of the mirror, for shadow-free lighting of the face. No dimming. The IP44 rating allows installation in the bathroom, close to the water point and the mirror, outside the shower. Class I: connect the earth.

Size and fixing

41 cm high, 12 cm wide, 12 cm projection from the wall: a slim vertical format, to be placed at mid-height of the mirror. Allow for a wall cable outlet behind the backplate. The wall light weighs 2 kg.
