White globe, gold metal

The opal glass sphere is identical to the one on the chrome model; it is the metal that changes. The domed oval backplate, torch-shaped turned stem and retaining ring are finished in polished brass, a bright yellow close to gold. Against white tiles or a dark coloured wall, the gold stands out clearly.

Soft light for the mirror

The closed globe diffuses the 300 lm of the supplied 3 W G9 LED in all directions, with no visible point of light. A dimmer can control it, provided a dimmable G9 bulb is fitted. With its IP44 rating, the wall light withstands water splashes and can be used in the bathroom, around the basin, outside the shower. Class I, must be earthed.

Fixing and proportions

It measures 35 cm high and 13 cm wide; the globe projects 13.5 cm from the wall. Mounted singly above a small mirror or as a pair on either side of a large one, it is fixed by its backplate to a wall cable outlet. It weighs 1.6 kg.
