A square shade in white glass
The Shirebrook diffuser starts from a square base and flares out like an inverted pyramid up to its opening. The white opal glass is smooth and matt, with no decoration. It rests on a steel and brass support in a polished chrome finish: a square wall backplate, a short arm and a ring that holds the glass, extended downwards by a small spinning-top finial.
Upward lighting, IP44 rating
The G9 3 W bulb, supplied, stands vertically inside the shade. The white glass softens the light and sends a good share of it towards the ceiling, lighting the room without glare in front of the mirror. The IP44 rating protects the wall light from water splashes: it can be fitted above or beside the washbasin, away from the shower spray. Connected to a dimmer, it can be dimmed.
Compact size, fitted at eye level
At 23 cm high, 11 cm wide and with a projection of 13.5 cm, this wall light fits on a narrow wall between a mirror and a partition. Fitted as a pair on either side of a mirror, position the backplates so that the glass stays at face level. Class I, with earth connection.
