About this light

The large version of the Sharp: the mirror face grows to 60 cm wide and 80 cm high, enough to cover a double-basin unit or a generous vanity top. The principle stays the same, a rectangle of mirror glass with no visible frame, fixed to an aluminium body 3.5 cm thick. It weighs 6 kg.

Description

A large wall mirror for a double basin

At 60 cm wide and 80 cm high, this panel spans the width of a double vanity unit or a corner vanity top. The face is a single rectangular mirror with clean edges and no frame. Behind it, the aluminium body is only 3.5 cm thick, so the panel sits flat against the wall like an ordinary mirror.

Lighting details to be confirmed

The light source, its wattage and the IP rating are not given in the manufacturer's data sheet. Install the Sharp above the basins, away from the shower and bath, and refer to the instructions supplied before connecting it. For a double-basin unit, it replaces two small mirrors and two separate wall lights.

A 6 kg weight that needs secure fixing

Six kilos on a bathroom partition wall call for fixings suited to the surface: expansion anchors in concrete, toggle anchors in plasterboard. Allow for the cable outlet at the centre of the position and fit the panel with two people. The smaller version suits a single basin.
