An opal glass tulip shade on an oval backplate
The wall backplate is a domed oval in polished chrome, from which a short arm rises towards the diffuser. The smooth, milky opal glass forms a tulip shade open at the top: the light travels up towards the ceiling and is reflected by the chrome. The look matches chrome taps and fittings.
A G9 bulb included, a soft light
The wall light takes a 3 W G9 LED, included in the box. The upward diffusion avoids glare from the front, making it accent lighting rather than a main light source. Rated IP44, it withstands the humidity of a bathroom and splashes from a basin, provided it is kept away from the shower and bath. With a dimmable G9, it can be controlled from a dimmer. Class I light fitting, to be connected to earth.
22.2 cm high, designed to be fitted as a pair
The body measures 22.2 cm high by 11.7 cm wide, with a projection of 17.8 cm. Light at 1.26 kg, it mounts on a standard wall back box. To frame a mirror, fit two wall lights at eye level, around 1.60 m from the floor, on either side of the frame.
