A slim, continuous silver aluminium bar
The silver aluminium profile frames a frosted diffuser from end to end of its 43.9 cm length. The whole fitting is only 5.5 cm high and 6.1 cm deep, carried by a small central backplate that holds it slightly away from the wall. The ends are closed by two end caps in the same metal, with no visible screws.
960 lm of warm white, with no bulb to change
The light source is an integrated 12 W LED, supplied fitted, giving a luminous flux of 960 lm at 3000 K. Spread across almost half a metre, this warm light illuminates the face evenly in front of the mirror, without harsh shadows. Please note the IP20 rating: the wall light can cope with the ordinary humidity of a bathroom but not with splashes, so it must not be placed above a bath or in line with a shower. It connects to a 230 V supply.
Horizontal installation above the mirror
Egon is screwed to the wall over a cable outlet, with the diffuser facing into the room. Positioned just above the frame of a single-basin mirror, it covers the width of a 60 cm vanity unit. For comfortable viewing, mount it so that the diffuser stays above eye level.
