About this light

Bruno is a high-output LED bar light: 24 W and 1450 lm of warm white over a length of 51.8 cm. The body is a silver aluminium profile topped with a frosted diffuser, mounted in cantilever on a large wall plate. It lights a double basin or a large mirror, provided it stays out of reach of water splashes, as its rating is IP20.

Description

Silver profile cantilevered from its wall plate

The 51.8 cm light bar is held by a rectangular plate in brushed silver aluminium, offset towards the bottom, which gives it an inverted T shape. The frosted diffuser covers the top and front of the profile, so the light illuminates both the wall and the room. Total height 6.7 cm, projection 7.5 cm.

24 W of LED for a double basin

With 1450 lm at 3000 K, the integrated LED is enough on its own to light the vanity area of a family bathroom. The light source is supplied and factory-fitted, powered at 230 V. The IP20 rating is that of a fitting for dry rooms: above a mirror, the wall light is in the right place; above a bath or facing a shower without a screen, it is not.

Width and mounting height

Its length suits a unit of 80 to 100 cm or a mirror with two basins. Fix the plate over the cable outlet, with the lower edge of the diffuser 10 or 15 cm above the mirror, so that the light falls on the face and not in the eyes.
