About this light

Three inverted opal glass cones, lined up on a horizontal polished chrome bar: the Avon 3-light wall light is designed to crown a bathroom mirror. It is 58.4 cm wide, projects 15.9 cm from the wall, and its three G9 40 W bulbs are included. The white glass softens the light, which passes through the cones and rises towards the ceiling.

Description

A chrome bar and three glass cones

In the centre, a square polished chrome plate conceals the fixing; on either side, a square-section bar carries three chrome rings and their glass shades. Each lampshade is an opal cone, point down with a wide-open upper rim, giving the whole a very clean horizontal line.

Three G9 40 W bulbs, supplied with the wall light

Each G9 lampholder takes a maximum of 40 W and the three bulbs are in the box. If you switch to G9 LED, choose three bulbs of the same colour temperature. The wall light is rated IP44: it is suitable for the bathroom, above the basin, but not above the bath or within the shower area. Class I, must be earthed.

A 58.4 cm bar above the mirror

The bar measures 58.4 cm long and 20.3 cm high, glass included; it projects 15.9 cm and weighs 3.8 kg, enough to require sturdy wall plugs. Fix it centred just above the top edge of a mirror around 60 to 90 cm wide. The Avon 1-light version suits a narrower mirror.
