Two nested glasses on a square base

The square base and short arm are made of metal in a satin nickel finish, a soft grey that does not show fingerprints. The arm carries a cylindrical lampholder over which two glasses sit: inside, a white cylinder that diffuses the light; outside, a clear glass jar that reveals the inner piece and protects the whole.

A dimmable G9 behind an opal diffuser

The lampholder accepts a bulb with a G9 cap of up to 33 W, to be bought separately. The light fitting works with a dimmer: you can lower the brightness in the evening. Choose a G9 LED of around 2700 K for a light close to halogen. With its IP44 rating, the wall light copes with the humidity and splashes of a washbasin; just avoid fitting it within the shower area. Class II: no earth wire to connect.

A small size to frame a mirror

At 15 cm high, 13 cm wide and with a projection of 17 cm, this is a compact, lightweight wall light at 0.66 kg. Placed on either side of a mirror, it lights the face without shadows. Allow two units for a mirror 60 to 80 cm wide.
