Ribbed glass and chrome-plated metal
The design is that of an old-fashioned wall lantern, finished in shiny chrome: a rectangular backplate decorated with a frieze, a swan-neck arm supported by a scroll, and a fluted fitting. The glass globe is ribbed along its entire height; the ridges break up the light and soften glare without tinting it.
E14 up to 60 W, dimmable option, pull cord
The E14 lampholder accepts a maximum of 60 W; no bulb is supplied. The circuit accepts a dimmer, provided you fit a bulb that supports it: a dimmable filament LED shows off the ribbing of the globe. The pull cord beneath the backplate switches the light off without going through the wall switch. The IP44 rating allows installation near a basin, outside the area splashed by the shower or bath. Class II: double insulation, no earth required.
27 cm high, 25 cm projection
Allow for 27 cm in height, 16 cm in width and 25 cm in projection, for a weight of 0.8 kg. As a pair on either side of the mirror, at about 1.60 m from the floor, it lights the face from the front; on its own above a washbasin, it works more as supplementary lighting in a small shower room.
