A matt black cylinder that lights both ways
The body is a drum in metal finished in matt black lacquer, fixed to a square backplate in the same finish. At the top and the bottom, a clear acrylic ring lets the light through: the photo shows this double beam well, grazing the wall above and below the light. The pull cord, finished with a small black weight, hangs below the cylinder.
Two LEDs included, warm white light
Two integrated LEDs are included and shine at 3000 K, a warm white that flatters the complexion in front of a mirror. The brightness is not dimmable and the wall light is switched on by the pull cord, with no wall switch. Rated Class II, it does not require an earth wire. Its IP44 rating allows it in the bathroom, away from the shower and not positioned above the bath.
Compact size, ideal as a pair
It measures 10 cm high and wide, projects 11.5 cm and weighs 0.47 kg: an ordinary wall plug is enough. Fitted on either side of a mirror at eye level, it lights the face without casting shadows. On its own, it works better as an accent light, above a WC or in a hallway.
