A white globe on a chrome arm
The design comes down to three elements: a round chrome-plated metal backplate, a flat arm extending horizontally and, resting on it, a white opal glass sphere. The globe is undecorated, simply polished, and the chrome of the arm is reflected at its base. Seen from the front, it looks like a ball of light floating in front of the wall.
G9 cap, dimmer compatible
The G9 bulb is not supplied; the lampholder accepts a maximum of 18 W, which leaves plenty of margin for a warm white G9 LED. The brightness is adjustable: connected to a compatible dimmer and fitted with a dimmable bulb, the wall light goes from grooming light to evening night light. Its IP44 rating protects it from splashes from the washbasin; just avoid the inside of the shower and the area above the bath. Class I, it must be connected to earth.
Compact, to be placed on each side of the mirror
It projects 18 cm from the wall and weighs 0.35 kg. Place one on each side of the mirror, with the globe at face height, for shadow-free lighting; above a small mirror, a single one is enough.
