The contrast is bold: milky opal glass, matt black steel. The globes hang beneath the bar and are each held by a black ring at mid-height, in line with the stem. Nothing shines, nothing catches the eye: the matt black stays discreet above a mirror. Dimensions: 38.1 cm wide, 23 cm high, 19.3 cm projection.

Light without glare

Each globe houses an E14 lampholder for a bulb of up to 40 W, which you choose yourself as it is not supplied. The white glass diffuses and softens the light, and a 2700 K or 3000 K LED is enough to give a pleasant result; the wall light can be used with a dimmer, with suitable bulbs. Rated IP44 and Class I, the wall light copes with the humidity of a bathroom and must be connected to earth; only the shower area and the space above the bath are off limits.

Fixing above the washbasin

Position it centred on the mirror, without exceeding its width. The two spaced light sources limit shadows cast on the face. A single cable outlet is enough, in the centre of the backplate.
