About this light

Bathroom wall light with 3 opal globes and black steel: three white glass balls, hung from a 60.6 cm black bar, give a soft, even light across the full width of a large mirror. Each globe is crossed by a black ring in line with its stem. The three E14 bulbs (40 W maximum) are not included; the triple version of the Hollis is designed for bathrooms with two basins.

Description

Three white balls, one black line

The matt black steel bar passes through an oval backplate and carries three stems downwards. The opal globes, each surrounded by a black band, look like three moons in a row. The overall height is 23 cm and the depth 19.3 cm, for a width of 60.6 cm.

Diffused light across the full width

The opal glass hides the three E14 bulbs and turns each globe into a soft light source; no bright spot is reflected in the mirror. Fit bulbs of 40 W maximum, not included, preferably LED to limit heat inside the closed globes, and dimmable to make use of a dimmer, which this wall light accepts. IP44 and Class I: the wall light withstands splashes from a basin and must be earthed; do not place it above the bath or inside the shower.

For a double-basin unit

With a span of 60.6 cm, it suits a wide mirror or a double basin, with one globe above each basin and the third in the centre. A single cable outlet is enough, at the level of the backplate, and the wall must support 2.5 kg.
