Bowtie 1-light bathroom wall light, pyramid opal glass, matt black

An opal glass pyramid on a round backplate

The body is made of matt black steel: a round ceiling rose, a short arm and a lampholder with two opposing cones, hence the name Bowtie. The square-section opal glass diffuser flares upwards like an inverted pyramid. The satin white glass hides the bulb and softens the light.

G9 LED included, warm white, IP44

The wall light is supplied with its 3 W G9 LED bulb, giving 300 lm at 3000 K: a warm white that does not yellow skin tones in front of the mirror. The brightness can be adjusted with a wall dimmer. The IP44 rating allows installation in the bathroom, near the basin and away from the shower. Class I luminaire: the circuit must include an earth.

Dimensions and mounting height

The wall light measures 24.8 cm high and 15.2 cm wide, projects 10.2 cm from the wall and weighs 0.9 kg. Placed on each side of a mirror, the diffuser open towards the top avoids direct reflections in the glass; allow for fixing at eye level, around 1.60 m from the floor, or above the mirror if there is not enough room at the sides.
