Ribbed glass and polished chrome

A clear glass cylinder, fluted along its length, passes through a square chrome-plated steel backplate. At each end, a round polished chrome end cap closes the tube; the two chrome lampholders are visible inside. The flutes multiply the reflections of the metal and the bulbs: when lit, the wall light casts bright stripes on the wall.

E14 bulbs of your choice, sideways light

The two E14 caps accept up to 40 W per bulb; the light fitting is sold without bulbs (not included). With a straight-filament LED, the pattern of the flutes stands out best; with an opal bulb, the light becomes more even. Class I connection with earth. The IP44 rating withstands splashes from a washbasin; keep the wall light out of the shower zone and not directly above a bathtub.

Horizontal above the mirror

40.7 cm long, 11.5 cm high, projecting 11.5 cm, 1.5 kg: it is fixed through the square backplate, using two wall plugs suited to your wall. For a wider mirror or vanity top, the same wall light is available with four bulbs.
