About this light

The polished nickel Ferron is a 152 cm two-blade ceiling fan, designed like a propeller. Its cylindrical steel motor reflects the light like a mirror, while the silver-grey blades stay matt. This light, shiny version suits an open-plan kitchen, a loft or a room with cool tones. No integrated light.

Description

Mirror nickel motor and silver blades

The motor body, the downrod and the ceiling cover are made of steel with a highly reflective polished nickel finish. The two profiled silver-grey blades extend on either side of the motor with no visible arms. The whole fan looks light despite its size.

Operation and recommended rooms

This Ferron circulates air without providing light: pair it with spotlights or a ceiling light positioned away from the blades. The remote control is used to operate it. Its IP20 rating restricts it to rooms without moisture, so neither bathroom nor utility room.

152 cm span, 41 cm height

A large living room or loft can easily accommodate its 152 cm diameter. Below the ceiling, it drops by 41 cm: aim for a ceiling height of around 2.70 m so the blades stay out of reach. Its weight of 7.5 kg requires a solid anchor in the slab or a joist.
