Gentry XL ceiling fan, weathered zinc, LED, 9 blades, 216 cm

The Gentry on a very large scale

You will recognise the weathered zinc steel crown, dark grey with uneven highlights, from which nine wood-tone blades radiate. Lengthened to reach 216 cm, they give the fan the look of an old windmill wheel, recognisable even when it is still.

Integrated lighting and control

The hub houses a 14 W LED, already fitted, which delivers 1300 lm at 3000 K, a warm white light. It is dimmable. A remote control operates the fan. Its IP20 rating makes it suitable for indoor use only, in rooms that are not damp.

Plan the installation of a 18.2 kg fan

At 18.2 kg, allow two people for installation and a fixing anchored into a beam or the concrete slab. With 42 cm below the ceiling, allow for a ceiling height of at least 2.75 m to keep the blades out of reach. Centre it in the room: with a diameter of 216 cm, the blades must stay well clear of walls, beams and mezzanines.
