Burnished brass, bolts and Fresnel glass

The steel of the motor and downrod has a burnished antique brass finish, with patinated golden tones. Screws and bolts remain exposed, like fittings on a ship. The five plywood blades are reversible: one side poplar burl, the other elm burl. Beneath the motor, a Fresnel-type glass shade diffuses the light.

Integrated 1500 lm light

The integrated 16 W LED comes fitted and produces 1500 lm at 3000 K, enough to serve as the main lighting. It is dimmable. Operated by remote control. With an IP20 rating, keep it for dry rooms.

A 57 cm drop to plan for

The Hatteras Bay hangs 57 cm below the ceiling, downrod included: it needs a ceiling of about 2.90 m to keep 2.30 m beneath the fan. Its 15.7 kg must be supported by a special fan fixing. The 142 cm diameter suits a medium to large living space.
