Mantle Dark Bronze Ceiling Light with Ribbed Glass Shade, 2 Lights

Dark bronze and prismatic glass

Three curved arms extend from the ceiling canopy and support a wide ring, finished in bronze with coppery highlights on the edges. The ring holds a prismatic glass shade whose fine ribs catch the light. In bronze, the metal is understated and leaves the glass in the foreground, unlike the nickel and brass versions.

Diffused light from two lampholders

The Mantle takes two E27 bulbs, not included, of up to 60 W per lampholder. The ribbed glass scatters the light and avoids the effect of a bright spot. To lower the brightness in the evening, connect it to a dimmer with dimmable bulbs. It is designed for dry indoor use (IP20).

24.6 cm below the ceiling

Its semi-flush shape sits just far enough from the ceiling for the shade to light all sides, without hanging down like a pendant light: 24.6 cm in total. In a hallway or entrance with a 2.50 m ceiling height, the way stays clear. It weighs 2.3 kg; its steel structure is earthed (Class I).
