Solid column and black dome

No visible base or decoration: the cylindrical post rises straight to the light section, of the same diameter, 17 cm. This is a clear polycarbonate ring ribbed with horizontal grooves, topped with a half-sphere dome. The black cast aluminium makes it a heavy bollard light, 4.9 kg.

IP65 for exposed locations

The IP65 rating means protection against dust and water jets: the bollard light withstands hosepipe watering and the weather without shelter. Its cast aluminium construction is designed for the harshest weather. The E27 lampholder takes 60 W maximum, bulb not included; a clear LED bulb brings out the ribs of the diffuser. Class I: earth connection required.

90 cm: where to place it

At this height, the head sits at hand level and remains visible from a car. Place it on either side of a gate, at the start of a garage ramp or along a driveway. Given its height and weight, a concrete footing under the column is preferable to a simple slab.
