Short post and round base in stainless steel
The whole fitting is made of stainless steel in a silver finish. The circular base carries a slim post that widens beneath the lantern. The lantern follows the design of the Helsingor range: a clear cylindrical glass behind fine bars, a round cap and two stepped rings.
A light source at step height
Positioned 30.5 cm above the ground, the bulb mainly lights the ground around the bollard, and the stepped roof cuts glare for anyone walking past. Rated IP44, it withstands rain; just avoid a hollow where water collects. The E27 cap takes 60 W at most and no bulb is supplied with the product. A warm white LED is enough for marker lighting; choose a dimmable one to take advantage of the bollard's compatibility with a dimmer.
Diameter and installation
The lantern is 22 cm in diameter and the bollard weighs 1.58 kg. Fix the bollard to a flat, hard surface, such as a paving slab, screed or the top of a wall, using suitable wall plugs. Bring the electrical cable up beneath the base before installation. Class I: the circuit must include an earth connection.
