About this light

Description

Aluminium stand and opal lampshade

The dark grey aluminium column, with a slightly textured grain, rises from a flat disc that keeps it steady. The white PE plastic lampshade, UV-treated, keeps its colour in the sun; when lit, it gives off a milky light with no bright spot. Its cone shape, flaring towards the bottom, echoes that of a living room lamp.

Supplementary lighting for the terrace

The lamp takes a 10 W E27 bulb, to be bought separately. For a soft light in the evening, choose a 2700 K E27 LED. The IP44 rating protects it from splashes and a rain shower: it can stay out on an uncovered terrace. Class II: double insulation, no earth wire.

On a garden table or a low wall

At 52 cm high, it remains in proportion with a garden table, the end of a built-in masonry bench or a console. Place it on a flat, stable surface, away from walkways where a foot could knock it.
