Black garden bollard light with cage frame and clear diffuser, E27, 45 cm

An open cage in sand-textured black aluminium

The sand-textured black aluminium structure sits on a square base measuring 15 cm per side, slightly raised. Four vertical bars connect this base to an upper plate; between them there is open space and, at the centre, a clear polycarbonate tube 8.5 cm in diameter around the bulb. The bulb remains visible, so the model you choose matters for the overall effect.

Low-wattage E27 bulb

The E27 lampholder is limited to 15 W: choose an LED, which gives more than enough light at this wattage. The bulb is not supplied. A clear filament LED in warm white suits the clear cylinder. The light supports a dimmer if the bulb is dimmable. Its IP44 rating makes it suitable for the garden in the rain, away from sprinklers.

45 cm: low-level marker lighting

Its low height makes it a border bollard light: steps, terrace corners, flower bed outlines. Several units placed in a row mark out an even path. Fix the base to a hard surface and run the power supply through a conduit; as it is Class I, the earth must be connected.
