About this light

Mid-height galvanised bollard light for paths: at 49 cm, its opal head lights the way at knee height. The white diffuser, banded with steel rings, sits on top of a cylindrical metal-grey post. A good compromise between the low border bollard and the tall entrance model.

Description

Thick galvanised steel

Sturdy, the bollard is made of thick galvanised steel to last outdoors. Its head combines an opal polycarbonate cylinder, slim uprights and stacked flat rings, closed at the top by a disc. The smooth post, 16.5 cm wide, rests on a slightly wider base.

Path lighting

Fit it with an E27 bulb of up to 60 W, to be supplied separately; a warm white LED uses little power for lighting all evening. The IP65 rating protects it from water jets and dust, which allows it to be installed directly in the ground near a watered lawn. Class II, no earth to connect. On a circuit fitted with a dimmer, a dimmable bulb lets you lower the light.

Installation

The bollard weighs 6.71 kg and is fixed in place using the concrete anchoring kit supplied with it. Run the cable buried in conduit as far as the flower bed. Along a path, alternate sides every 3 to 4 m.
