About this light

A small, squat 28 cm black outdoor bollard light that lines a flower bed, a garden staircase or a terrace. The black rings draw horizontal lines across the white diffuser and give the bollard the look of a Nordic lantern. Diffused light with no glare at ground level.

Description

Black lacquer on galvanised steel

The body is made of thick steel, galvanised and then powder-coated black. The opal polycarbonate diffuser, protected by bars and flat rings, sits on a short, wide stem. Against light gravel or paving, the black makes the shape stand out clearly.

Bulb and IP65 rating

E27 lampholder, bulb not included, 60 W maximum. The opal diffuser hides the light source and spreads the light all around the bollard. Protected against water jets (IP65), it can be left in place under automatic sprinklers. Class II means no earth connection is needed. A dimmer can adjust the lighting, if the bulb allows it.

Ground fixing

It weighs 5.54 kg and is fixed using the supplied concrete anchoring kit. Allow for a concrete base under each bollard and a duct for the cable. Along the edge of a path, two to three metres between bollards gives continuous marking.
