Galvanised post with a curved arm

A hot-dip galvanised steel tube rises straight from a round base, then curves over at the top to let the lantern hang. The lantern follows the design cues of the Oslo range, inspired by Norwegian style: a small dome, a wide disc, two tiered rings and a clear polycarbonate globe. The metal is left raw, in a light grey.

A lantern with an E27 lampholder

The lantern takes a 75 W E27 bulb, sold separately. A 2700 K filament LED suits the vintage look of the clear globe. Thanks to its IP55 rating, the bollard light withstands dust and water jets from any direction, right out in the garden. Double insulation (Class II): no earth connection is required.

Dimensions and fixing

The curved arm offsets the lantern: the whole fitting measures 48 cm wide by 27 cm deep. At 5.38 kg the weight is moderate, but a post of this height should be fixed to a concrete base, with the cable brought in through buried conduit. Point the arm towards the path so the light falls on the walkway.
