About this light

An outdoor table lantern, the 47 cm Turin sits on a low wall, a fence pillar or a staircase landing. Its square lantern, 20 cm wide, rests on a curved stem and a stepped base. Less bulky than the Turin Grande, it suits gate pillars and low walls bordering a terrace.

Description

Stepped base and square lantern

The flared stem, made of die-cast aluminium, rests on a square two-tier base. The lantern above it has a pyramid roof with a finial and four clear polycarbonate sides. The whole piece is powder-coated black, a polyester finish that protects the metal outdoors.

What you need to light it

It works with an E27 bulb of up to 60 W, to be purchased separately. A warm white LED in a pear or globe shape shows up well through the glass panes. IP54 protection against rain and dust; Class II means no earth connection is needed.

Where to place it

At 1.99 kg with a compact base, it sits securely on a fairly narrow pillar cap or wall top. Bring the cable out under the base, in the centre. On an outdoor staircase, a lantern on each side of the top step marks the landing.
