Textured black and bubbled glass
Seen from the front, the lantern has three tiers: a rounded top edged with beading, a glass body dotted with tiny bubbles and crossed by diagonal bars, and a decorative finial at the bottom. It hangs from a swan-neck arm coiled in a spiral, fixed to a rectangular backplate. The composite body has a matt black coating with a slight grain.
An E27 lampholder up to 60 W
This model takes an E27 bulb of up to 60 W, which is not supplied with the lantern. It can be used with a dimmer, provided the bulb you choose is itself dimmable. A flame or globe-shaped LED in warm white brings out the bubbles in the glass. IP44 protection: it withstands rain and splashes, on a façade wall or under a canopy. Class I protection, so an earth wire must be connected.
Dimensions and fixing
At 47.8 cm high, 20.8 cm wide and with a 27 cm projection, it stands well out from the wall: check that it does not obstruct the opening of a shutter or door. Its weight of 2.5 kg calls for wall plugs suited to the surface, whether brick, concrete block or concrete.
