Glazed box and double-stepped roof
The Glenview looks like a display case: a slim cast aluminium frame in an antique bronze finish holds three panes of clear glass in front of a solid back in the same shade. The flat roof is stacked in two tiers, topped with a rectangular handle. The edges reveal subtle golden highlights, typical of a bronze patina. The lampholder extends from the back on a short stem, which places the bulb in the centre of the box.
Visible bulb behind clear glass
It takes one E27 bulb of up to 60 W, not included. The light is compatible with a dimmer; in that case, choose a dimmable LED. As the glass is neither frosted nor textured, the bulb is fully visible: a 2700 K filament globe LED gives a crisp look and a soft light. With its IP44 rating, the lantern withstands rain on a façade wall as well as under a canopy. Class I, it requires an earthed supply.
