Description

Bubble glass inside a white frame

The domed cap is attached to a horizontal arm, which is screwed onto a backplate with rounded edges. The white composite uprights meet in arches above the glass and form windows around the sides. The clear glass, scattered with bubbles, diffuses the light slightly while still letting you see the bulb.

An E27 light source for an exposed façade

Its IP44 rating protects it from downpours: it can be left on an unsheltered wall. It works with an E27 bulb of up to 60 W, to be bought separately, and can be connected to a dimmer if the bulb is dimmable. Choose a clear 2700 K LED for a result close to incandescent light.

Weight and positioning

With a 25.7 cm projection and a weight of 2.7 kg, it needs fixing into a solid wall, using wall plugs suited to masonry. A pair on either side of a garage door or a double entrance works well; fix them slightly above eye level to avoid glare. Earth connection required (Class I).
