Large Randhurst outdoor wall lantern, oxidised copper, 3 lights, 51 cm

Three candles in a riveted lantern

Unlike the two other sizes, this large model does not hold a single bulb but a cluster of three candle-shaped lampholders, visible through the bubbled glass. The riveted frame, the arched glass panes, the round perforated chimney and the ring handle create the silhouette of an old-fashioned lantern. The oxidised copper finish of the composite, brown and patinated, goes well with stone, brick and wood.

Three 40 W E14 bulbs

Three 40 W E14 bulbs are required, not included. Warm white filament LED flame bulbs extend the candle effect; if you choose dimmable versions, they can be adjusted with a dimmer. The IP44 rating allows installation on a façade exposed to rain as well as under a porch. Class I luminaire: the supply must include an earth conductor.

A heavy 51 cm format

51 cm high, 22.5 cm wide and projecting 21.9 cm, weighing 4.73 kg: screw it into a masonry wall using fixings rated for this weight, never into simple cladding. Its scale suits a tall front door or a double gate, fitted approximately 2 m above the ground.
