Dark grey post and opal head
The Tucson bollard light uses the head of the wall light from the same range: a slightly flared opal cylinder topped with a dark disc. It is mounted on a dark grey cast aluminium column, 11 cm in diameter, finished at ground level with a circular base. The design remains simple, without ornament.
Diffused light all around
The 10 W E27 lamp, to be purchased separately, sits inside the diffuser, which spreads the light around the whole circumference of the head. At 45 cm above the ground, it mainly lights the path and the base of planting. IP44 rating: the bollard light withstands rain. The light intensity is fixed. For a soft light in the garden, choose a 2700 K E27 LED.
Positioning along a path
Its low height makes it discreet by day. Light (0.8 kg), it must be fixed in place: screw the base onto a concrete block and provide a cable feed in buried conduit. For a path, space the bollard lights a few metres apart and alternate them from one side to the other if the path is wide. A taller version is available in the same range. Class I luminaire.
