Swan neck, shade and cage

A round backplate holds a tube that runs out horizontally and then curves downwards. It supports a wide, flat metal shade, which shelters the lantern from the rain and directs the light downwards. The clear glass globe is surrounded by vertical bars and a ring. The stainless steel has a rust brown tint, which suits brick, stone or timber cladding.

E27 bulb to be purchased separately

The E27 lampholder accepts up to 40 W; no bulb is supplied. As the glass is transparent, the bulb remains visible: a 2700 K filament LED gives a glow close to a flame. The wall light is suitable for dimming, provided you choose a bulb compatible with a dimmer. The light is directed mainly downwards, beneath the shade.

Wall fixing and height

Rated IP44, it withstands rain: a façade, gate pillar or the underside of a canopy are all suitable. It weighs 0.7 kg and is 17 cm wide. With a projection of 24 cm, leave clearance from any shutter or gutter; beside a door, fit it at around 1.70 to 1.80 m above the ground.
