About this light

Short and grey, this 60 cm Sirio bollard light acts as a marker at the edge of planting. A square head overhangs the top of the post and conceals the GX53 lighting, which faces the ground. Place it along a gravel path, at the foot of a wall or between two planters on a stone terrace.

Description

Square grey aluminium body

Powder-coated, the grey aluminium keeps a matt finish. The head projects by 15 cm and protects a clear Pyrex glass pane. The 10 cm wide shaft follows the angular profile of the tall version, only shorter.

What you need to buy separately

The GX53 light source, rated for a maximum of 9 W per lamp, is not included in the box. Choose low-power GX53 LEDs: on such a low bollard light, a moderate light avoids dazzling hotspots. Its IP65 rating allows it to be used outdoors, fully exposed, even when sprayed by a hose jet.

Weight and fixing

Allow for 1.55 kg, to be screwed onto a concrete base, with the cable buried under red sheathing. As a Class I product, an earth conductor must be provided. For a path of around ten metres, three or four bollard lights are generally enough.
