A classic lantern in black metal
The Lotta borrows the styling of the street lantern: a faceted roof crowned with a finial, a cage with slim uprights fitted with curved clear glass panes, and a decorative point beneath the body. It is carried by a metal bracket adorned with scrolls, fixed to a wall plate. The lantern, in a black finish, stands above its support.
E27 bulb and sheltered installation
The E27 lampholder accepts a bulb up to 75 W, not supplied. The light is compatible with dimmers: in that case, choose a bulb that is itself dimmable, for example a 2700 K filament LED. The IP23 rating protects against rain falling at an angle, but not against water jets or driving rain: install it under a porch, a canopy or an overhanging roof. Class I: an earth connection is mandatory.
Dimensions and fixing
Allow for 62 cm in height, 24 cm in width and a 28 cm projection from the wall, for 1.9 kg. On either side of a door, place the bottom of the lantern at about 1.60 to 1.80 m from the ground; if used alone above a letterbox or a house number, centre it on the item to be lit.
