A round black post and a clear cylinder

The body is a black aluminium tube set on a circular base plate. At the top, a clear polycarbonate sleeve protects the lampholder, closed by a flat cap in the same colour. The 14.5 cm width keeps a slim silhouette in a flower bed.

E27 bulb, light all around

The E27 lampholder accepts a bulb of 60 W maximum; the bulb is not supplied. Choose a filament LED in 2700 K. The cylinder lights its entire circumference: the path as much as the neighbouring plants. The intensity is fixed, with no dimming provided. Rated IP44, the bollard light is rain-resistant; avoid placing it in the direct spray of an automatic sprinkler.

Ground fixing and connection

The round base plate is fixed to a hard surface: paving slab, low wall or a concrete block cast in the border. At 73 cm high and 1.7 kg, a solid fixing stops it from moving at the slightest knock. The light is Class I: allow for a buried cable run with an earth conductor, connected by an electrician. Allow one bollard light every 3 to 4 m to mark out a path.
