The same design as the tall Bakerloo, scaled down to 45 cm: a black tube on a round base, then a clear polycarbonate sleeve and a flat cover. The proportions change, as the transparent part here takes up nearly half the height. The result is a stocky bollard that looks by day like a small lantern standing on the ground. It is 14.5 cm wide.

Low-level lighting for borders

A single E27 lampholder, rated for 60 W maximum, with no bulb in the box. At this height, a low-power LED is usually enough to mark out a path without dazzling. The bollard works on an on/off basis. Its IP44 rating protects it from showers: it can stay outside all year round, sheltered from direct jets of water.

Installation and connection

Weighing 1.32 kg, the bollard is fixed by its base to a hard surface, such as a paving slab or a low wall. As it is Class I, the power cable must include an earth; have the connection carried out by an electrician. Along the edge of a terrace, space two bollards 2 to 3 m apart for an even line of light.
