About this light

Description

Moulded base and glazed cage

Everything is made of cast aluminium in a patinated bronze finish. The square moulded base narrows into a neck beneath the lantern. The curved glass panes widen towards the top up to a roof with sloping sides, crowned with a ball finial. In the photo, the clear glass is scattered with tiny bubbles.

Three E14 candle holders in a chandelier arrangement

Three 60 W E14 lampholders, grouped in the centre, imitate a chandelier. Bulbs are not included; clear LED candle bulbs in 2700 K suit the character of the lantern. The IP44 rating means it can be left outdoors, on top of a pillar exposed to rain.

Sizing your pillar

The light is 74.3 cm high and 30.5 cm in diameter. Choose a pillar whose cap is wider than this diameter, so that the base sits completely flat. Plan the cable entry at the centre of the cap before fixing the base. On a gate, one lantern on each side frames the entrance.
