A translucent white pebble

The Sasso has no base or visible structure: it is a flattened, ovoid shape in one piece, made of white plastic. By day, it looks like a large polished stone resting on the ground. At night, its whole surface lights up evenly. This small size can be used on its own at the foot of a plant, or in groups to give rhythm to a border.

A G9 bulb and IP44

The light source sits inside the pebble: G9 lampholder, 15 W maximum, bulb to be purchased separately. A G9 LED keeps the diffuser warm rather than hot. The light spreads in all directions, for gentle marker lighting rather than task lighting. IP44 rating: the pebble withstands damp, dew and rain. Class II, no earth wire.

Installation in the ground

According to the manufacturer, it is supplied with a cable, a plug and a stake to push into the ground. Weighing 0.71 kg and with a 20 cm projection, it is easy to move from one season to the next. Connect it to a waterproof outdoor socket and run the cable beneath the mulch.
