Description

A cylindrical bollard in grey

The whole piece is a cylinder of grey-lacquered die-cast aluminium, with no decoration on the shaft. Only the upper part differs: a Pyrex glass reveals the aluminium baffles housed inside, which form horizontal bands. The foot rests on a circular base.

Low light over the garden

You will need an E27 bulb; the maximum permitted wattage is 42 W, but a modest LED is enough for marker lighting. The light starts at knee height and illuminates the ground rather than faces. Thanks to its IP65 rating, the floor lamp withstands rain and the spray of a garden hose. It is Class I, so it is connected with an earth wire.

Size and installation

At 60.5 cm high, 15.5 cm in diameter and weighing 1.97 kg, it can be handled by one person during installation. Fix it to a hard, flat surface. Along a path a few metres long, two or three lamps staggered on either side are often enough.
