Description

A miniature street lantern

The Dandy takes its design from street lanterns: a flared cap with raised edges, a slim black aluminium frame and clear glass panes in a trapezoidal shape. The whole sits on a black sleeve that holds the lampholder.

Visible bulb and IP44 protection

The E27 lampholder accepts a standard bulb, with a stated power of 100 W. The clear glass shows off the bulb: a flame or filament style extends the lantern look. IP44 rating: the head is protected against rain and water splashes.

Weight and installation

Allow 2.28 kg for this head, to be fixed securely to the top of a compatible post or pole. Class I, so earthing is essential. Along a path, space two lanterns roughly 4 to 6 m apart for continuous lighting.
